1. All Purchases Are Final

ALL SALES OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

1.1 What This Means

Once you complete your purchase:

  • No refunds for any reason
  • No exchanges or product swaps
  • No returns (digital products cannot be “returned”)
  • No fraudulent chargebacks. Filing a chargeback after receiving and accessing the product as described may be treated as fraud. We reserve the right to provide evidence of delivery to payment processors in response to disputes.

1.2 Why No Refunds

Digital products are different from physical goods because:

3.2 Technical Issues That Do NOT Qualify for Refunds

  • “I deleted the email” – We can resend download links (see Section 6)
  • “I can’t open PDF files” – Standard PDF readers are free (Adobe Acrobat Reader)
  • “My device isn’t compatible” – PDFs work on all devices; technical support available
  • “I lost the file” – We can resend; loss is user responsibility

4. EU Consumer Rights – Important Notice

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers typically have a 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases.

Article 16(m) of the directive states:

6.3 What Qualifies as “Delivery Failure”

We consider delivery failed ONLY if:

  • Email bounce-back from valid email address
  • Technical error on our end prevented delivery
  • Link expires before first download (we set generous expiration)

Delivery failure = we resend. This is NOT a refund situation.


7. Fraudulent Chargebacks

7.1 Unauthorized Chargebacks Are Prohibited
