Payment: Credit/debit via Stripe
Delivery: Instant email delivery

We Are: Information service, digital product vendor
We Are NOT: Law firm, attorneys, legal advisors, providing legal advice

2. NO REFUNDS – ALL SALES FINAL

Pre-Purchase Agreement (REQUIRED)

Before purchase, you MUST check:

“I understand all purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Digital products cannot be returned once delivered. I have read and agree to Terms of Service.”

Why No Refunds

  • Digital products delivered instantly
  • Cannot be “returned” once accessed
  • Full content available immediately

EU Consumer Rights

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m), the 14-day withdrawal right does NOT apply to digital content fully delivered with your prior express consent.

By checking the box, you:

  • Give express consent to immediate delivery
  • Waive your 14-day EU withdrawal right
  • Acknowledge all sales are final

No Exceptions

No refunds regardless of:

  • Didn’t read description
  • Information didn’t help
  • Changed mind/circumstances
  • Didn’t use or download
  • Technical issues on your end (we’ll help – see Section 3)

  • Resend download links
  • Access problem assistance

3. License & Use

You CAN:

  • Download 1 copy for personal use
  • View/read yourself
  • Print 1 physical copy
  • Share under 500 words with your attorney only

You CANNOT:

  • Share, distribute, or resell
  • Post publicly online
  • Use commercially
  • Modify or create derivative works
  • Remove copyright notices
  • Give access to others (each needs own purchase)

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Keep download link confidential
  • Use guide per these Terms
  • Verify info with Portuguese authorities/attorneys
  • Not violate intellectual property rights

8. Indemnification

You indemnify Divorce Please from claims arising from:

  • Your Terms violation
  • Your guide misuse
  • Your law violations

9. Privacy

Governed by Privacy Policy. By purchasing you consent to data collection/processing as described.

10. Termination

We may terminate your license if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in unauthorized distribution
  • Use guide illegally

Termination ≠ refund

11. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: British Columbia, Canada

Disputes:

  2. Jurisdiction: BC courts (subject to mandatory consumer protection in your jurisdiction)

12. Changes

We may modify Terms anytime. Changes effective upon posting. Continued use = acceptance. Material changes = email notification.

13. Severability

If any provision unenforceable, remaining provisions continue.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms + Privacy Policy + Legal Disclaimer + Cookie Policy = entire agreement.
